Information you give us: your name, email address, company, website and project details when you fill in our contact form or email us.
Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver our services, improve our website and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation. We rely on your consent, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, and client project records for as long as required by law or needed for the project, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by emailing hello@contentmarketing.media. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access.
